PokerStars announced a new TV show that will put the Full Tilt Poker show Face the Ace on a tight spot.
PokerStars has been in a battle with Full Tilt Poker for some time now, in the past month Full Tilt Poker announced their “Biggest Bonus Ever” promotion and a few days after PokerStars crushed them announcing the biggest bonus they have ever made available, and the nice part about it was reasoning behind the promotion. They created a bonus that had advantages for the player and an extensive time frame in which the player could release the bonus.
Now they are announcing a TV show that will have regular poker players from PokerStars face their pros. Players will have to win one of their satellite events in the top 10 positions then make a video explaining the reasons why they should be on the show, and PokerStars will then make a decision on which players will get the chance to play against some of the world’s best poker players.
Players that are picked to be on the show will have the chance to take two of their buddies along with them to the set where the show will be filmed.
Daniel Negreanu will be the last of the opponents each contestant will face.
