Sportingbet, the parent company of Paradise Poker, is celebrating its 10th birthday in 2008. It’s rewarding its loyal poker players with €275,000 in promotions, including €150,000 in freerolls. The site, which does not accept players from the United States, will surely be busy during the month of October, when the bulk of the €275,000 will be given away.
The promotion is split into four parts. The first is called the “10th Birthday $10K Added.” From the 1st through 10th of October, Paradise Poker will be running 10 tournaments, each with an €11 buy-in and €10,000 added to the prize pool. The times of each tournament vary by date (all are GMT):

Keeping with the theme, the online poker room will offer a €100 bonus for any person who finishes in 10th place in any of the following tournaments between October 11th and October 31st. That tournament has a prize pool of €100,000. Moreover, the top 50 “bubble boys” from each week will square off in a €5,000 freeroll on the 7th. The online poker site also hosts a €1,000 New Player Freeroll, which runs weekly on Saturday at 18:00 GMT. Paradise Poker’s marquee tournament is a €250,000 Guaranteed event that runs on the first Sunday of every month. The tournament is richer than the largest offered on Bodog, Ultimate Bet, and Absolute Poker. The buy-in is €320 and daily direct satellites start at €11. Finally, the site is sending some of its members to the Master Classics of Poker in Amsterdam on November 11th. The next online final occurs on October 19th and has a €400 buy-in.
