After what must have been an agonizingly long twelve hour grind, edge_lover emerged victorious, earning himself a silver MiniFTOPS jersey and $55.5K for his troubles. GOTTHEREFIRST lost the heads-up battle and settled on $37K for second, while TheNuttyNinja scooped $25.5K for third and qjuice14 18K for fourth. The rest of the final table was rounded out by moosehockey ($12.8K), knoamark ($9.5K), Micu l ($7K), FishNorTilt ($5K), asfreeman ($3.5K).
In other Full Tilt Poker nightly tournament news, toilet22 shipped the $163 $75K guarantee, a win that was worth $30.5K. DimJarnaby35 took second for $19K, while Seldoon grabbed $14K for third and AnUndeadMonkey $11K for fourth. An hour later, in the $100K $109 Six-Max Rebuy, theman2892 bested a 438 player field to pick up $38K. Therookieqq9 cashed in second for $25K, while Hanamichi settled on third for $18K. In perhaps Full Tilt Poker’s most popular tournament, The Fifty-Fifty, zeknasty came out on top to the tune of $12K. I SbHeOsWt took second for $7.6K and Tossing2die $5K for third.
Full Tilt Poker’s MiniFTOPS XV continues today with Event #2, a $24 + $2 Pot Limit Omaha High/Low Knockout at 1pm, and Event #3, a $50 + $5 No Limit Hold’em 3x Shootout at 9pm. Two events are also featured tomorrow: a $20 + $2 No Limit Hold’em Cubed at 1pm, followed by a $20 + $2 Limit Hold’em Six-Max at 9pm.
