Absolute Poker has made some improvements to their poker software, with the main focus on improving user experience. The new features implemented are new icons that will help players find tournaments easier, as well as a revamped tournament schedule and a reinforced tournament structure that has been modified to provide better game-play. The new tournament structure also improves the competitiveness at the virtual felts.
Today’s tournament schedule was revised by the Absolute Poker management and important upgrades have been made. The main tournament for today will be a $1000 $150K, but since the buy-in is out of range some players Absolute Poker will be hosting one satellite that guarantees two seats to the $150K tourney, and a super satellite that will award one seat for every $1050 in the prize pool. The first satellite with start at 4pm and the next one will start half an hour later.
There will be two knockout tournaments available, the first one will be played at 8 pm and $15K will be on the line, and an hour later an $80K guaranteed KO tourney will surely kick off some rivalries at the tables.
One of the tournaments that was added recently to the Wednesday schedule was a $100 $35K tourney that will allow one re-buy and one add-on. It’s scheduled for 9:05 pm.
