Absolute Poker will have a busy schedule for all their players this weekend. Starting today they will host several guaranteed tournaments in different type of formats. The first big tourney will be played out in the No Limit Hold’em re-buy format at 7 pm ET for $15K. Two hours later a knockout tournament with $25K on the line and a buy-in of $120 + $10 will be open to all Absolute Poker players.
The deep stack tournaments have gained a lot of momentum in live play. Players enjoy participating in such tourneys because one bad decision in not necessarily the end of their tournament. Because Absolute Poker likes to innovate they implemented a $15K guaranteed tournament that is played out in the Pot Limit Omaha 8 deep stack format every Saturday at 3:30 pm ET. It is followed at 5:30 pm ET by the biggest tournament of the day with a $100K prize pool and also in the deep stack format, but this time around it’s a No Limit Hold’em tournament.
Sunday takes the spot light when it comes to guaranteed tournaments, Absolute Poker has more then $400K in the different tournaments spread through out the day. The first big guaranteed of the day will have $100K and that takes place at 2 pm ET. Players that busted out early in the previous mentioned tournament will get a change to play at for $200K at 5:30pm ET. Last but not least is the Sniper $40K tournament that will have players battling to make extra cash when they knockout an opponent from the tournament.
