Cake Poker Announces a Breakdown on their Service

Cake Poker players have been experiencing connectivity problems throughout the last week, and it’s finally resulted in Cake Poker players being denied access to their accounts.

Cake Poker assures that no player account information was compromised in any way, and that the issue has been identified and will be resolved. However, their service will continue to have connectivity problems in the upcoming days.

To guarantee top quality service to all their players, Cake Poker stopped all tournament games and will only enable tournament play once the connectivity problems have been solved completely.

The only games currently available at Cake Poker are cash games, but the connection problems will continue so all Cake Poker players should be aware of possible disruption of service.

To all the players that were involved in tournaments at the moment of the crash, Cake Poker will most likely be refunding your buy-in and will probably give a compensation bonus to all players affected by the crash.

The issue should be solved in the next few business days and Cake Poker will make a public announcement once everything is back to normal.
