The FTOPS events will be starting today at 9 pm ET and the tournament that will start the festivities will be a No Limit Hold’em 6-max with $1 million as the prize pool. After today there will be a minimum of 2 events scheduled per day, and each tourney will have a Full Tilt pro as the host.
Before the weekend starts and the bigger prize pools are up for grabs, players will get to warm-up with two smaller FTOPS tournaments. On Friday at 2 pm ET players will get a chance to test their skills in a No Limit Hold’em tourney that will allow one re-buy and one add-on with a $600K guaranteed prize pool.
At 9 pm that same Friday players who enjoy Stud 8 will get a change to fight for the top positions in a tourney that will have $100K on the line.
Saturday’s schedule will have two big prize pools the first will be a Pot Limit Omaha 5-max tournament for $350K and the big event of the day will be a No Limit Hold’em tourney with re-buys for $600K.
The most anticipated day of the week will definitely be Friday with three tournaments that will have a total of $2.8 Million and lots of fierce battles on the virtual felts. Each tournament will be played in the No Limit Hold’em format but in different variations. The first one will be a $256 $800K knockout 6-max, the second tourney will be a $535 $500K heads up tournament and the big event of the day will be a $300 $1.5 million player in the traditional No Limit Hold’em format.
