Full Tilt Poker’s MiniFTOPS XV tournament series featured three events last night, the first of which was a $33 No Limit Hold’em Six-Max Shootout. Only a total of 3934 players showed up, so Full Tilt Poker actually had to pay out an overlay, which is always great news for players. When all was said and done, asamokh emerged victorious, adding $23K to his bank account. Losing the heads-up battle was schappuscha, who settled for second and $14.4K. The rest of the final table was rounded out by ult1mo ($8.7K), pandared ($5.4K), Thiffy ($3.6K), and pocketmickeys ($2.4K).
Yesterday’s second MiniFTOPS event was a $55 Limit HORSE tournament that garnered 2015 entrants, just meeting the $100K guarantee. After almost nine hours of play, franklaff came out on top, earning $19K for his win. 1-900-Hustla took second for $11.7K, while Full Tilt Poker’s Diego Cordovez cashed in third for $8K. The rest of the final tablers included vmendi123 ($5.4K), porky1956 ($2.5K), and johnnydepth ($2.5K).
Event #15, a mammoth $22 No Limit Hold’em Turbo, capped off a great night on Full Tilt Poker. In the end, TheWorkGuy outlasted a 10,772 player field, taking down $33K in the process. I Am Ari took second for $22.5K, while Keruli grabbed third for $15.9K and Spanky79 $11.4K for fourth. The rest of the final table consisted of mrMxyztplk ($8.4K), KalleKanlblan ($6K), dag21 ($4.3K), jamz1989 ($3K), and MakingBeer ($2K).
Full Tilt Poker will run two more MiniFTOPS events tonight; the first is a $22 Seven Game tournament at 1pm, and the second is a $33 No Limit Hold’em Six-Max Rebuy at 9pm.
