Full Tilt Pro Gus Hansen Wins More Than $590K

Putting aside the terrible ’09 that Gus Hansen had, he has been having ups and downs during this month and he recently managed to have a big winning session in which he recorded winnings that exceeded $590K. He played a bevy of different regulars at the Full Tilt tables and if things keep going at this pace railbirds and poker fans will be happy to see deep pocket action.

Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies was also involved in the insane action that went on during yesterday evening and the early hours of today, he played 877 hands and managed to win more than $440K, which is quite impressive.

A Full Tilt Pro that was also involved in the action yesterday was Cole South, he only played 252 hands but that was enough for the outstanding player to win more than $300K. Cole has been one of the most stable players online and he has earned plenty of respect at the high stakes tables.

Some of the other players that managed to grind out the outstanding action that was taking place yesterday at the Full Tilt tables were: Di “Urindanger” Dang for $245K, Brian Townsend for $168K, Patrick Antonius, FakeSky for $132K, and David Oppenheim for $114K. There were other winners but those were the players that had winnings in the six digits.

But not all players ended the day with a smile on their face. The bankroll that took the biggest hit of the day belongs to PixKim with a loss of $608K, next on the list was Tom “durrrr” Dwan with a deficit of more than half a million dollars, third was Brian Hastings with a deficit of $285K, thecranium lost $215K, Slick Puppy lost $175K, PostflopAction lost $154K and URnotIndanger2 was down $105K when he left the virtual felts.
