Railbirds around the world have been overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of action they’re seeing at the high stakes tables at Full Tilt Poker. However, railbirds aren’t the only contented group at Full Tilt Poker, as two of the red pros are enjoying Isildur1’s action as well. Up until this weekend, Isildur had been having an extremely profitable November, recording earnings of almost 6 million and dominating most of the high stakes players. However, the young phenom lost over $4 million on the weekend and his winnings for November are now down to $700K.
Isildur1 might think he was ambushed by Patrik Antonius and Phil Ivey after the serious beating he received at the virtual felts this weekend. It only took 4470 hands and for Patrik Antonius to take $2.1 million from Isildur, while Phil Ivey managed to beat him out of $1.2 million.
The epic session had its fair share of massive pots, but the largest one of the night was between Patrik and Isildur1 for a staggering $1,356,946. Luck was definitely on Patrik’s side as he flopped a straight and Isildur1 missed his draws, giving him the record breaking pot.
