The online sensation and mystery player Isildur1 got involved in a session against Brian Townsend. An interesting fact is that Isildur’s matches usually occur at the highest stakes but his session against Townsend was at the $200/$400 Pot Limit Omaha tables.
Townsend seemed to be on a hot streak and he completely dominated the entire session, and by the time they had played one thousand hands, Townsend was up more than one million dollars. Isildur1 was unable to turn things around like he has done in previous sessions against some other Full Tilt regulars at the high stakes tables.
Ziigmund also took advantage of Isildur1’s bad day, logging a small session in which he profited $267K.
But Isildur1 was still around at the tables to try to turn things around by playing other regulars. He got the chance to play against Tom “durrrr” Dwan, who Isildur1 seems to own, and their small session yielded Isildur $200K.
A few other Full Tilt regulars dropped by to test their skills and luck against Isildur1, but they all saw that big losses could be heading their way and their sessions did not last long. Some of the players that lost some money to Isildur1 were: David Benyamine who lost $210K and Phil Ivey who was down $85K.
Isildur1 will most likely return to the tables in a few hours and we will be there to report on his latest sessions.
