Since Isildur1 appeared at the Full Tilt high stake tables a few months ago, he’s managed to have successful sessions against some of the best poker pros in the world. He has taken money from all of them, but now some of them are starting to win it back. However, not all players have been able to adjust to Isildur as Tom “durrrr” Dwan is still down a significant amount of money to the unknown Swede.
But not all players have been totally dominated by Isildur’s game. Phil Ivey has logged some important sessions against him and has managed to profit from them. Another player that has managed to adjust to Isildur’s game is Ilari “ziigmund” Sahamies. In the past sixty hours, ziigmund has faced Isildur and has managed to win around $3 million dollars from him. Isildur expressed that he was barely able to keep his eyes open and that was the reason why ziigmund was having so much success, but hours after that session ended they locked horns again and ziigmund managed to take another big chunk of cash from Isildur.
The high stakes regulars at Full Tilt are basically taking turns with Isildur, which brings back memories of them taking turns against Gus Hansen just a few months ago, prior to his big downswing.
