Isildur1 Makes a Small Appearance at Full Tilt

Isildur1 is an mysterious player who has been able to capture the attention of the poker community. He had an incredible run in the last months of ’09, his behavior at the nosebleed stakes was fearless and he managed to outperform most of the players at those limits.

On Saturday he made a short appearance at the $25/$50 capped Pot Limit Omaha tables but in only fourteen hands he lost more than $1K. He returned on Monday afternoon to the same levels but the outcome of his small fifty five hand session followed the same path as his previous micro session, but this time he lost twenty four hundred dollars. Railbirds have spotted him at several different limits at the Betfair tables. It looks like he is building his bankroll again to try to make a successful come back to the Full Tilt tables. The screen name he is using at the Betfair tables is “Omlphalotus”.

In other Full Tilt news, the nosebleed table limits have heated up after a cold start in early January and one player that has recorded some big profits is Alexander “PostflopAction” Kostritsyn for $823K. Other players that have recorded a six digit profit for the week are: Cole South for $741K and Gus Hansen for $490K.

Patrik Antonius has been struggling at the cash tables and he is currently in the red numbers for the year. He has also played a couple of sessions for the durrrr challenge, in which durrrr has been able to increase his overall lead in the multi million dollar challenge.
