Players in Sweden created a buzz in online forums as they debated if the online screen name “martonas”, who hit the spot light at Full Tilt a few months ago, was among the top winners for their country. But it turns out that the top Swedish earners all play at Party Poker. The number one spot is taken by screen name “Wannabe_star” who has more than $328 in profit on Party Poker alone.
The second player on the list is screen name “WowRUWorking”, and he or she has earned $259K so far this year. In third with $232K in earnings this year is “RRR111RRR111”. Overall, five of the top six Swedish earners make their home at Party Poker.
In other Party Poker news, the $300K guaranteed will be hosted this Sunday at Party Poker, there are satellite tourneys running that will award seats for a fraction of the cost.
