Party Poker has one of the biggest prize pools in a monthly online tournament that takes place once a month. The first Sunday of every month a one million prize pool is up for grabs. Party Poker encourages all their poker players to enter the tournament by having satellite events that run the entire month and that have extremely low buy-ins that start as low as $1. The regular buy-in to the tournament is $600 + $40; all players will start with twenty thousand chips and each level will last twenty minutes. Satellite events that award seats to the Monthly Million will award from three up to twenty seats, depending on the number of players that enter each tournament.
Party Poker wants to reward all their loyal customers with a new promotion called the Cash Machine. All players have to do is opt in on the promotion for the month of September and play poker. Players will have to earn at least ten Party Poker points on at least 10 days of the promotion. Party Poker will then make a list of the ten days in which the player collected the most Party Poker points, take the lowest of those days, match one dollar per point earned and put the money into the player’s Party Poker account.
