Party Poker is inviting all their players to participate in their new points race for a chance to win up to $1.5 million against some of the best poker players in the world. The winner of the points race will be awarded a $9K package that will include seven night accommodations at one of the luxurious hotels in Las Vegas, $2K for spending money, and the entry fee to the Premier League Poker Playoff qualifier where the first place prize winner will receive the $100K entry into the $1.5 million Premier League Poker Final.
The top 250 players in the points race will receive a percentage of the $155K prize pool. The points race will start on December 7th until January the 3rd, 2010. But since Party Poker likes to reward the largest number of players it can for their loyalty, the top six hundred players in the points race will be awarded an entry to the Premier Poker Playoff Freeroll which will be held on January 10th. Two packages are guaranteed, and the rest of the top 50 finishers will receive cash prizes.
But Party Poker has more prizes for their players, and one lucky player that makes it to Vegas will be awarded with a Team Party contract worth $100K. The player that wins the contract will represent Party Poker for a whole year at some of the biggest live tournaments in the world.
