Party Poker is known for having user friendly software but that’s not enough to keep all their players happy. Party Poker listens to their players and wants to fix all the issues that are affecting or irritating any of their players.
For the reasons mentioned before, Party Poker released a new version of their software; the major improvements done to the software were the following:
• Players will encounter problems when they try to take money off the table and return with a smaller stack (also known as “ratholing”)
• Active windows will no longer steal focus when typing in the notes.
• Players will be able to select the keyboard shortcut option without getting disabled
• The option “hide full tables” works correctly
• In the event of a disconnection or software crash the “auto post blind” box will be unchecked when a player is logged back in, and the player will be sat out.
• If there is only one seat remaining at the table the “join waiting list” option will be available.
• Pop-ups with buy-in information have been embedded into the buy-in window, to facilitate the registration process for the players.
• Issues with the new MTT tables opening automatically were resolved. In a future release each player will be seated in the same position at every table.
Party Poker added a few other features to their new software release. Players will now be able to choose to which poker bonus their Partypoints should apply, so players will be able to prioritize their bonuses depending on the expiration date.
A neat improvement done to the software was the auto-check function. Players that ran out of time and did not make a decision will now be checked if possible, instead the normal fold action.
Players that requested faster-paced games won’t be let down. Party Poker added Super Speed games that allow each player only 9 seconds to act.
