With pro sponsored poker tables like the new Ivey Room in the Aria popping up all over the place, big name endorsements are all the rage right now. Never one to to fall behind the times, PokerStars recently unveiled Daniel’s Room – a set of exclusive high-stakes cash games tables sponsored by Team Pro Daniel Negreanu.
PokerStars players will now have the chance to play against the legend himself and other skilled high-stakes players a a supreme poker test. While the money certainly won’t come easy, any player who impressed Daniel may receive an invitation to participate in a PokerStars TV show somewhere down the line.
Daniel’s Room will consist of a limited number of high-stake cash games where KidPoker will play whenever he’s online. There will be No Limit Hold’em games available in the following limits, with more to be added in the future. All tables are six-handed and require a minimum buy-in of 100 BBs with a 250 BB cap: $20/$40 ($10 ante), $50/$100 ($25 ante), $100/$200 ($50 ante).
Players who don’t have the roll or don’t fancy playing against the best in the world needn’t worry about being left out. All Daniel’s Room tables will be open to observers, which means anybody can rail and watch what are sure to be some of the juiciest and most interesting games around.
In the PokerStars lobby, Daniel’s Room tables are listed with a red DR symbol in the Hold’em > No Limit/Pot Limit . High section. There is also a ‘Show only Daniel’s Room’ option in the Hold’em Ring Game Filter.
