Recently, a new tournament series was launched with scheduled stops in Ireland, England and Scotland. There are a total of nine stops scheduled, culminating with the grand final in London.
The first tournament will start in a few hours in Galway, Ireland, at The Radisson Hotel. The event is scheduled to be played over four days and there is a cap of players set to four hundred. Just the list of PokerStars qualifiers makes up more than twenty five percent of the potential field of players, so registering early is important. There should be plenty of poker pros among the field, including John Duthie, Jude Ainsworth and JP Kelly.
In other PokerStars news, there are only three Sunday Million tournaments left in the year, and so players. Competition is tough and it won’t be an easy battle, but there is life changing money up for grabs. Also hosted that same day is the Sunday Warm-up with a notable $750K guaranteed.
But PokerStars will also be hosting plenty of tournaments that will satellite players into some of the biggest live tournaments this weekend. There will be tournaments that award packages to the PokerStars Carribean Adventure, as well as to the Aussie Millions. Both events will be played this upcoming January and they both have prize pools in the millions of dollars.
