Tiffany Michelle has many aces up her sleeve: poker player and commentator, actress, singer and even certified massage therapist – there seems to be nothing she can’t do. Michelle made headlines for being the last woman standing in the 2008 WSOP Main Event (she was knocked out in 17th place) as well as for allegedly ditching her sponsors (Poker News) for Ultimate Bet.
She grew up playing with her brothers and grandfather, and she honed her poker skills like many other entertainers and actors: through house games and charity tourneys. She caught the poker bug and started playing more, eventually winning her first Vegas tourney. Tiffany Michelle was spotted and recruited for the Bombshell Poker team and soon afterwards she started reporting for Bluff Radio covering the 2006 WSOP. Ever since she has been traveling the circuit reporting for Poker News and Bluff
2008 marked a turning point in Tiffany Michelle’s career and goals. While before she had been balancing her poker and acting careers (she appeared on ER and had the leading role in award winning independent film Carrie’s Choice,) after her success in the 2008 WSOP, she is now taken much more seriously as a poker player. Never settling for just one game when she could play several, Michelle excels in Stud, Omaha, H.O.R.S.E. and Chinese poker and recently played in GSN’s World Series of Blackjack.
