The previous year was a complete roller coaster ride for durrrr’s bankroll and the last few months were a complete mess. The appearance of the Swedish sensation Isildur1 only brought bad news for Tom; they played many sessions and Isildur crushed durrrr every time. That caused some severe damage to durrrr’s bankroll, but Isildur1 also lost his entire bankroll and a large percentage to Brian Hastings and that took him out of the high stakes tables.
For 2010 durrrr started the year with the same momentum from ’09, but in February he managed to turn things around and it looks like he is back to his winning ways. Just this week he logged in some crazy amount of hours starting at noon on Tuesday and ending early in the morning on Wednesday for a total of 4,881 hands distributed among various types of games. His final numbers after the long hours of work had his balance increased by more than $240K.
But durrrr is not the only player that has found the winning path, Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies has been playing some remarkable poker since last year and for 2010 he has continued with the same momentum. Just in his last sessions he has been able to walk out with a profit that exceeds $330K.
One Full Tilt Pro that has showed an outstanding performance at the nosebleed table limits is Cole South, his earnings exceed $2.5 million in just the first 41 days of the year, he also had a solid performance during ’09 and has definitely shown that he is a well balanced player.
